I first choose this service based off the 3 reviews I red on Yellowpages.com. I believe that every business deserves a chance. I have used Stanley Steamer on my previous home and in my opinion they are very overpriced. I spoke with the representative from Mr. Carpet System in Fort Lauderdale named Manoel. He was very courteous and was able to change my appointments a few times because my house was still being painted. When the two representatives arrived at my home, Manoel happened to be one of the authorized applicators. He explained the 3 cleaning packages to me in great detail. I choose the second package. The Service was amazing and quick! The service took no longer than 45 minutes to complete and my carpets look brand new like they have just been installed. My Rating review is a number system:

1-5 with 5 being the highest level of satisfaction and 1 being the lowest.

I would recommend Mr. Carpet System to anyone who needs to have their carpet cleaned. Their service is just as great as Stanley Steamer if not better.
